It is perfect for cooking slow foods such as soup, chili, and stew. These cast iron pots are also great for deep frying fish or chicken, and they are the perfect size for boiling shrimp or crabs.

This large cast iron pot holds 40 gallons. It is a 23 inch tall wash pot with a 19-1/2 inch stand. It measures 35 inches in diameter, 1/2 inch thick at the bottom, and tapers to 3/8 inch thick at the rim.
