• REVERSIBLE round cast iron grill and griddle pan is smooth on one side, ideal for turning out crispy thin-crust pizza, crepes, pancakes, bread and more. The other side features raised grill ridges to sear meat, seafood and fruits/vegetables, and a drip well to remove and collect fat from meats. PLEASE NOTE that the flat/griddle side (which does have a lip) is slightly concave to ensure no run off of sauces or oils.
